Bites of Craziness

At my old blog, I had bites of craziness. It was where I shared stuff I did that week.

I still love the idea, and I want to do it to! So, I welcome you to, the first Bites of Craziness, at Heaven in a Dish.

1. When I started my first blog, I didn't have a camera. I'd post recipes of real food I'd actually made, and I'd take someone's photos that look like it and edit it. Big mistake, that's kind of why I switched over here so I could have a fresh start. Well, lots of the stuff that I thought up with has been being created in blogland. They haven't copied me!- my blog is private, but I just thought it was kind of funny how we have the same ideas.

For my birthday week, I made these cake batter floats (it's a photo merge, a combination of two photos and some text)

+ Cake Batter Protein Shaek + and me editing them

Then a month later Keri subconsciously made the same thing!

One time I made chocolate chip cookie butter. It was like biscoff, but with chocolate chip cookies.

And then Gina did the same thing!

This summer I made cinnamon roll muddy buddies, and then a week later Dorothy did the same thing!   Mine                                   Dorothy's

And most recently, Julianne made a funfetti poke cake, just like mine!

 Great minds think alike!

2. It has taken me FOREVER to post things this fall because . . . I lost my camera uploader cord, so it took me weeks to finally show you pumpkin pie gooey butter cake

And now Halloween is over and I haven't posted a single caramel apple recipe! Guys, I'm a caramel apple FREAK. So hopefully November goes better.

3. I tried out for my school's girl's basketball team (because I'm crazy, or more likely, I have crazy friends that dragged me into it). There are two teams, a competitive team, and a less competitive team. All the other school's are set up this way too, so the A team, or the competitive team always plays the other A teams, or vice versa, that way the less competitive team isn't crushed. Well, I made the B team, obviously (I haven't got an athletic bone in my body!). And for now I'm just hoping all the other B teams are just as  . . . . less competitive as we are.

4. I am a pinterest addict! If you follow me you are well aware of this. And I can. not. stop. I just love it so much! I've had several friends mention to me that I "pin too much". Because, well I do. I used to get on almost every day. Does anyone else do this?

 5. We bought this a while ago and I love it!
It's like nutella, only more peanut buttery. I think of it like it's a reese's spread, because it's peanut butter and chocolate. It's a lot more natural than most peanut butters, so that's my excuse to eat it all. the. time.

I really like it with strawberries
In the background you can see the popcorn machine and my brother that I mentioned in this post. The popcorn machine's been pretty good, especially when making this popcorn.

6. I recently discovered wordle and love it! Have you seen these word clouds floating around?

 I've made a couple, like this one . . . .
and this one
It's really fun, try it!

So what have you been doing lately?
